COUNSELLING FOR ADULTS AND YOUTH
Emotions are your friends
I help adults and youth in Ottawa and Ontario improve their quality of life and their relationships in English and German.
About me
My Approach
According to the research, a good therapeutic relationship is the most important factor for therapeutic success.
Working within a safe relationship, we will note and process your emotions together. I will help you find answers. Skill-building, solutions, feedback and even humor can all be part of therapy.
I believe that therapists should go to therapy themselves to avoid bringing their own issues into the therapy room. This is why I have been going to therapy for 5+ years and it is even mandatory for therapists-in-training in many European countries.
I provide counselling for adults and youth so my clients can achieve a better quality of life and build the relationships they deserve. Studies have shown that strained relationships significantly lower your life expectancy and quality.
